Yet another rare insert in high demand from Jason Tatum’s rookie season is the Panini Kaboom! With their comic-like design and constant chase for numbered parallels, the Kaboom! card has become one of the more iconic inserts in all of the hobby.

Despite Kaboom! being largely known as a case hit product today, Tatum’s version actually was not inserted one in every case. Instead they were an exclusive online-only release for Panini Rewards users, making this super-short print Kaboom! even more short printed and elusive.  


9. 2017-18 Panini Immaculate Jayson Tatum Rookie Patch Autograph #126 /99

PSA Value: $3,500

Numbered to just 99 copies and with a massive price tag is Jason Tatum’s 2017-18 Panini Immaculate Rookie Patch Autograph. The on-card auto makes up for the small jersey swatch, while thick card stock gives this product the look and feel of ultra premium.

There is also a “Premium Patch Autograph” of Tatum in the set that incorporates a much more premium looking jersey patch. Though the RPA /99 is a reach for most collectors, it’s a nice one to add if you can.


10. 2017-18 Panini National Treasures Jayson Tatum Rookie Patch Autograph #103 /99

PSA Value: $35,000

Over the years, Panini’s National Treasures has become synonymous with premium and exclusivity. Add in the patented “RC” logo and it has all the making for an incredible card.

It will cost a pretty penny, but combining an on-card autograph, huge patch piece and a low print run of 99 copies, many collectors deem it worthwhile.
